High Sensor Capacity

The system supports up to 40 sensors simultaneously: 16 via 1-Wire/UNI and 24 through RS-485. Additionally, it includes 12 digital dry contact inputs for contacts or alarms, 4 NO/NC relay outputs for direct control of external devices, and 8 virtual digital outputs (VDO) for M2M automation across Poseidon2 or Damocles2 devices.

Smart Alarming & Event Handling

Real-time alarms can be sent via email, SNMP traps, or through gateways as SMS/voice notifications. Escalation and reminder functions prevent missed alerts. An internal datalogger stores more than 250,000 records, exportable via HWg-PDMS into Excel for compliance and long-term analysis.

IT, Industrial & IoT Integration

With SNMPv3, Modbus/TCP, MQTT, HTTPS, IPv6, and XML, the Poseidon2 4002 provides secure, standards-compliant communication. Integration with more than 50 SCADA and SNMP-based systems is supported. Through SensDesk and HWg-Cloud, admins gain centralized access, reporting, and mobile monitoring. Developers benefit from SDKs in C++, PHP, Java, and C#, plus an open API for seamless customization.
