The AKCP sensorProbe Wireless Tunnel™ (SP-WT) is a modern wireless sensor solution based on LoRa technology, combined with the proprietary AKCP Wireless Tunnel™ protocol. It is suitable for connecting up to 4 wired AKCP sensors to a single wireless module with a range of up to 3 kilometers in open field conditions.

Recommended and Not Recommended Sensors for Battery Operation

  • Recommended: temperature and humidity sensors, VC00, analogue 4-20 mA/0-10 V sensors (A2D variant)
  • Not recommended: dry contact sensors, motion and water sensors, smoke detectors, pulse counters (energy-intensive IRQ or high-frequency sensors)

A sensorProbe+ Wireless Tunnel Server (SP-WTS) can manage up to 30 SP-WT units (max. 120 sensors). Multiple locations can be centrally displayed via the AKCPro Server. Supported protocols:
